Emerald Noosa Aparthotel, Noosa Heads

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is unbeatable, right on Hastings Street and just across from the beach. The apartment was very clean, and I loved the upgrade to a superior room. However, I was disappointed that my room did not have the private spa I booked, and the elevator was quite neglected. Nevertheless, I did enjoy my time overall and would consider returning.

The resort boasts a prime location right across from the beach and in the middle of Hastings Street, making it easy to explore local restaurants and shops. The apartments are spacious and have great potential, but the inconsistency in quality and limited service left a lot to be desired. While it's a lovely place to stay, the additional charges for basic supplies and lack of proper cleaning led to some frustration during our visit.

The pool and spa are fantastic for families, although the service could use improvement in terms of room cleaning and amenities provided. Overall, it's a solid choice for a family holiday, with just a few minor drawbacks.

The Emerald is perfectly situated near various restaurants and offers quick access to the beach.
